SQEdit: A Customizable Floating Menu for Squiz (Matrix) CMS Users
SQEdit is a fully customizable "floating menu" designed to simplify the editing and previewing of pages for Squiz (Matrix) CMS users. This Chrome extension allows content authors to easily log in and edit web pages without the need to manually edit the URL path.
By default, SQEdit adds the _admin, _edit, _nocache, and _recache suffixes to the URL. However, users can customize these settings to include any suffixes they frequently use. Additionally, SQEdit includes a "share this page" option for easy sharing.
To start using SQEdit on your website, simply install and pin the extension. Then, click on the extension icon to configure it and add your website URL (please note that it does not auto-detect Matrix sites). Finally, reload the web page, and the floating tool will appear.
It is important to note that SQEdit does not collect any data. If you encounter any bugs or have feature requests, you can reach out to the developer for support.
